Gerald was an amazing man who we met several years ago when he showed up at our sawmill. He said a sawmill had saved his family during the Depression and that he wanted to meet Steve. Gerald's generosity was broad and his friendship deep. We were shocked to hear of his passing. Our deepest condolences to his family. His smile and voice are in our hearts too.
