I'm the next door neighbor and Jim and I were friends. I would take his trash out from time to time after he had hip surgery and we always looked out for each other. I have been missing him and I just found out today. This truly hurts my heart. Jim was a very loving, kind man! I loved my neighbor so much! I will miss him dearly.
