Mr. Albert Earl Woodham, age 90, former resident of Cottonwood, AL passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 in Albuquerque, NM.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday 2 p.m., June 13, 2017 at the Cottonwood First Baptist Church with Bro. Jimmy Bolin officiating and Kendall Glover directing. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cottonwood First Baptist Church, 12702 Cottonwood Rd, Cottonwood, AL 36320.

Earl was born on November 23, 1926 the son of the late Samuel Bassit and Charity Elizabeth Woodham. While living in Cottonwood he was a member of the Cottonwood Masonic Lodge and a lifelong member of the Cottonwood First Baptist Church. He worked at Porter Hardware and Stewart Hardware. After moving to New Mexico, Mr. Woodham was a Chaplin of Estancia Masonic Lodge and Worthy Patron for the Eastern Star.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Robert Woodham.

Survivors include: sister, Mary Sue Baxley, Dothan, AL; nieces and nephew.
