Mr. Willam Allen Farnham, age 72, a resident of Cottonwood, died Monday, April 10, 2017 at SAMC following an extended illness.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montavallo, Alabama.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 1001 S. Bell Street, Dothan, AL, 36301.

Mr. Farnham was born on February 7, 1945 in Trenton, NJ, the son of George and Louise Farnham. Mr. Farnham was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from the Army where he was a project officer. Mr. Farnham was a Mason, Shriner and a member of the NRA. He was of Methodist faith.

Mr. Farnham was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Bonnie Jeanne Bixler Farnham.

Survivors include: his son, Andrew Allen Farnham, Cottonwood; his daughter, Adona Maria Barber, Dothan; 3 Grandchildren, Tracy Barber, Clifford Mott, and Cathy Farnham.
