Mr. Chris Neilly, age 62, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at his residence.

Graveside memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery (Hwy. 431 North) with Pastor Troy West will be officiating and Kendall Glover directing.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Wiregrass Humane Society, 255 Jerry Drive, Dothan, AL, 36303.

Mr. Neilly was born on November 15, 1954 in Miami, Florida, the son of John Austin and Marian Louise Hester Neilly. Mr. Neilly was a long, haul truck driver for various companies. He was proud of his record for driving 30 years with no accidents or tickets. Mr. Neilly was of Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: his wife Sherry Elizabeth Hawkins Neilly, two daughters: Christy Neilly, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Michele Neilly, Davie, FL; one step-son Brandon Hawkins, Jacksonville, FL; one brother, Richard Neilly, LaBelle, FL; two sisters, Susan Lewis, Panama City, FL, and Pam Zalewski, Sunrise, FL; and three grandchildren.
