Mr. Louis William Costello, age 46, a resident of Cottonwood, died Thursday September 29, 2016 at his residence.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Costello was born on October 24, 1969 in Springfield, MA the son of Louis Edward Costello and Diane Clara Petrillo Costello. He was a long haul truck driver most of his adult life and he was Roman Catholic.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include: wife of 23 years, Kelly Marie Salyers Costello, Cottonwood; mother & step father, Diane Clara Petrillo and Robert Neuman, East Haven, Vermont; sister, Gina Maria Costello Croad, Peabody, MA.; brother, Adam Costello, Northboro, MA.
