Mr. William “Bill” Goble Smith, age 80, a resident of Abbeville, died Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Henry County Nursing Home.

Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the City Park across from the Courthouse in Abbeville with Rev. Joe Vickers officiating.

Mr. Smith was born on November 16, 1934 in Graves, Ky. the son of William Goble Smith and Katherine Carpenter Smith. He moved to Henry County in 1974 from Kentucky. He was a laborer in the Agriculture Industry.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: Special friend’s, Debbie and Daniel Favel, Abbeville, AL.
