Condolence: Don and family,
So sorry to learn of Ann's passing. I worked with her many years ago at SAMC. She was a lovely lady and an awesome nurse. My condolences to you all at this difficult time.

Condolence: Dear Don, So sorry to hear of Ann's passing. I will always have special thoughts of Ann. She was my first Nurse Manager when I finished nursing school and began my career at SAMC on 5E. She was the best mentor any nurse could have. Her professionalism and kindness was such an inspiration for a new nurse.
Sending my love and condolences. I will continue to pray for peace during these difficult days for you.

Condolence: Don & family:
Please accept our most heartfelt condolences. We had many dinner parties, camping outings and game nights together, Chicken Foot was always a fun competitive evening. Following the games, Ann always treated us to her dessert specialties and we always enjoyed them even more than Ann did preparing them. It was always expected that Don would have the first slice of a cake or pie before we arrived always under the guise he "didn't want Ann to serve the friends something that wasn't perfect". Fat chance with Ann cookingI
I will always remember her introducing me to Weight Watchers and neither of us had much more than 10 pounds to lose. Ann and I had great times together shopping antique malls one of us always came home with a treasure. We had great times together celebrating birthdays and holidays.
Parkinson brought us together, and Parkinson separated us. She's whole now in her beautiful illness free body waiting for us to join her. God blessed her with a faithful, loving spouse and a beautiful family and she was very proud of each of them. May God provide you comfort knowing Ann is at Jesus side.
May God bless you and give you comfort.
Don & Jan Cripe
