Condolences

Condolence From: Susan Clements
Condolence: I knew Dorothy all my life and she was an amazing person. I think about all the good times that my mother and I had with Dorothy and her mother Jewell. I will be praying for the family to feel at peace with the loss of Dorothy.

Condolence: I grew up on Headland Ave. and I still remember Dorothy walking to and from work everyday! She was a hard worker and a good Christian lady. She faithfully took care or her Mom and Mrs. Blissett. I walked by their house many times going to my friend's house on Hardy St.
May God comfort you during this sad time.

Condolence: Dorothy was a member of the Rose Hill Senior Center, where she volunteered every day. Whether it was in the office, in the kitchen, or simply helping others, Dorothy was more than happy to volunteer. She was nominated as Senior of the Year and represented Rose Hill on the Peanut Festival Parade Float along with the other Queens from the City. Dorothy was a true Angel among us and we will miss her dearly.

Condolence: Many years have come and gone since we first met Ms. Dorothy. She was taking care of her mother and Aunt Bessie. We had many wonderful times. The family was assigned to us for Pastorial Care. I cannot express the Happy Days we spent in their homes. She was faithful, Loyal, and above all a devout follower of Christ. She taught Sunday School for more years than we knew about. She always welcomed us in her home, and never spoke an unkind word. I consider it more than a privilege to have know Dorthy....she was an inspiration to us all. Joe & Sandee
